What we do

Trim surrounding whitespace in sampleId, siteId, collectedAt, targetTaxon, assay and confirmationMethod. Check required fields, duplicate sample IDs, dates, coordinate bounds, replicate and detection counts, control flags and missing confirmation methods.

We preserve uncertain values. We do not infer missing data, interpret biology or certify scientific validity. No custom work or ongoing support is included.

Small pilot jobs

1 to 25 records, at most 10 KB, as a JSON array using those field names plus latitude, longitude, replicateCount, detectionCount, positiveControl and negativeControl. Numeric fields must be JSON numbers; control flags must be booleans. No CSV or field mapping.

Do not upload personal information, confidential data or sensitive species locations. Only submit data you are authorized to share with Guilded. Inputs are processed in an isolated VM and removed from the job queue after processing. Prepared results remain available for seven days; purchased results remain in the private order record. Keep your private request link.

Payment requires a compatible Base wallet; network fees are separate. Review exact terms before payment. Verified payment unlocks the completed result automatically. Refund requests for a result outside the stated scope are reviewed through the private order page; refunds are not automatic.
